The first webinar in the series focuses on institutional readiness: what funders and partners look for, where organisations most often face gaps, and what practical steps can strengthen a project or organisation before approaching funders.

We will unpack what institutional readiness means in practice, where organisations typically need to strengthen governance, financial management, compliance, and feasibility planning, and how these foundations can improve your chances of securing funding support.

Participants will also receive a governance self-assessment tool to help put the session into practice.
