Ethne is part of the team responsible for designing Tshikululu’s internal strategy and implementation and manages recruitment, learning and development, and remuneration. She is also responsible for human resources compliance, including employment equity reporting, broad-based black economic empowerment (B-BBEE) and skills planning and training. Ethne is a member of several committees at Tshikululu and thrives on managing staff, mentoring, coaching and developing their careers. Ethne has over 20 years of experience in human resources, primarily as the human resource administration manager at First National Bank.
