Bertha Phohlela is certified Green Belt Six Sigma practitioner and has project management and business analysis qualifications. Bertha has 20 years’ working experience, 14 of which are in the social responsibility sector. Throughout her working career, she has been exposed to three main sectors: social development, health and education. She has worked in senior care homes, orphanages and feeding schemes and was involved with hospices during the peak of the HIV and AIDS epidemic.
