Tracey joined Tshikululu at its inception in 1998 and was appointed CEO in 2008. Earlier in her career, she held notable positions at the Chamber of Mines and Anglo American. Tracey serves on the boards and committees of the Sichen Iron Ore Company-Community Development Trust, the Kagiso Shanduka Trust, the African Children’s Feeding Scheme and the Johannesburg Holocaust & Genocide Centre Tracey is a Fellow of the African Leadership Institute and has peer-reviewed and written articles for local and international publications.
