Doris has served as an independent non-executive director in listed, private and public sector entities and has served as member and chairperson on several audit and risk committees. She has extensive experience in financial management, auditing, IT governance, human resources, labour relations, people management, facilitating training sessions, change management and business coaching. She is a fellow of the Institute of Directors of South Africa and a member of the Institute of Internal Auditors.
