Project Overview
Since 2020, Tshikululu has supported Assore’s Boleng (and Fricker Road) Trusts with trustee appointments, governance strengthening, and strategy development. This included designing and running an independent trustee selection process and facilitating a strategic alignment process to clarify mandate, governance structures, and investment priorities-positioning the trusts to deliver higher socio-economic impact in beneficiary communities.
