The FSCA has awarded undergraduate bursaries to nine learners who won a provincial speech competition while in grade 11, which focused on financial literacy topics. The bursaries will be provided until the students complete their undergraduate qualifications.

Tshikululu provides on-going bursary management services for the programme, including supporting bursars to apply to higher education institutions, assisting them with registration and securing accommodation, managing and making payments related to the bursary and providing additional support to students as necessary.
