Dipalesa leads our team responsible for strategy design, implementation and measurement, having joined us as a Social Investment Specialist in 2018. Earlier in her career, she worked in business and systems analysis in financial services, in research and innovation management for the development of the informal economy, in grant management capacity building across the continent’s science funding systems, and as a Project Specialist at the Southern African Research and Innovation Management Association (SARIMA).
