Our team

Investing in the training and retention of high-calibre employees is crucial to Tshikululu’s service excellence and competitive edge. Our business model was designed to duplicate our strengths and experience across all funds, while maintaining the unique character of each.

We are convinced of the hugely positive potential inherent in South Africans – people working to effect positive change across all social strata.

Tshikululu’s 70 staff members can be counted among these, through pursuing careers in development and their voluntary projects.
