ApexHi Properties Limited (ApexHi) is a property loan stock company which offers investors a diversified, professionally managed portfolio of retail, office and industrial properties and distributes income to unit holders on a quarterly basis.

In 2009, ApexHi merged with Redefine and Madison and is now operating as Redefine Properties.

The ApexHi Charitable Trust invests monies gained from an established endowment fund into reputable projects and non profit organizations in the fields of early childhood development (ECD), teacher learnerships, and leadership skills within school management.  Funding is provided in three-year cycles.
