WesBank is committed to supporting development initiatives that are directed towards the alleviation of poverty and the development of communities in South Africa.
The Fund’s budget is largely dedicated to food security and agricultural livelihoods programming.
The programme’s overall goal is to create food security at the micro-economic level through sustainable household food gardening.
Application and reporting deadlines
Applications for the Food Security and Agricultural Livelihoods Programme’s current three-year programme cycle (2011-2013) are closed. However, the WesBank Fund encourages organisations who are working in the food security and agricultural livelihoods sector to contact us in order to start exploratory discussions.
All grants must be reported on in the format required by the reporting form below. Please check your grant letter for the deadline of your report.
