Prior to joining Tshikululu, Client Relationship Manager Gill Bates managed the Welfare and Social Development Portfolio within the Nedbank Foundation. Gill was also involved with setting up the Ithuba Trust, the predecessor of the national lottery, which she managed for eight years. Gill trained as a social worker at the University of the Witwatersrand. |

Rachel Dlamini, Sector Manager: Health, is a qualified Social Worker and holds an BA (Hons) in Psychology. She joined Tshikululu in 2007, prior to which she worked at Reproductive Health and HIV Aids Research Unit in Johannesburg. She started off as a programme coordinator, and after two years was promoted to counsellor advisor, where she worked with a team of doctors and nurses to assist government Antiretroviral Treatment Sites in Gauteng and North West to roll out the ARV Treatment. She also worked for three years as a social worker, providing psychosocial intervention to individuals and communities. |

Doug Greenshields has a Masters Degree in Geology. He has worked in the CSI arena for more than twenty years, initially with Shell SA in Public Affairs and Shell Education Services, and then with Tshikululu. He has been involved with the De Beers Fund, Oppenheimer Memorial Trust and the Anglo American Chairman’s Fund and is currently Manager: Learning and Development. |

Manager: Trust Services Jan Hjorthen has a BA degree in history and African history, an Honours degree in history and an LLB degree, all from the University of the Witwatersrand. Prior to joining Tshikululu in 2001 she worked in various positions in the legal field in South Africa and in Scotland. |

Accountant: Fund Finance Gitta Lalastarted working at Anglo American in 1984 in their pensions department. She is one of the original Tshikululu staff members, transfering to the company at its inception in 1998. Gitta manages financial accounts for all Tshikululu’s Funds and Trusts. |

Client Relationship Manager Nikki Lindsayhas been part of the Tshikululu team for three years and in that time has worked with the De Beers Fund and has contributed to developing programmes for the FirstRand Foundation. Nikki worked as a journalist for five years prior to joining Tshikululu. |

Starting her career at Thohoyandou Victim Empowerment (TVEP), supporting victims of gender violence, Sector Manager: Social Development Hangwi Manavhela then joined CARE South Africa- Lesotho in 2004. She then joined the Centre for the Support of Peer Education, a programme funded by the Harvard School of Public Health. Hangwi has a BA (Hons) in Psychology and is currently studying towards her Masters degree. |

Accountant: Corporate Finances Davison Munonyara was born in Zimbabwe and has been working in the accounting field since 1990. He manages monthly financial accounts and processes, corporate finance staff, delivery on corporate budget demands and compliance with various statutory and governance codes. |

Mokibelo Ntshabeleng, Specialist: Monitoring and Evaluation, worked in the youth sector for eight years before joining Tshikululu. She holds a National Diploma in Youth Development, an Advanced Certificate in Project Management, a Certificate in Monitoring and Evaluation Fundamentals, and is currently studying towards a BA in Development Studies through UNISA. |

Customer Relationship Manager Sarah Morrisonpracticed law in London, England for six years before returning to South Africa to undertake her Masters in Public and Development Management at the Wits Business School in Johannesburg. She joined Tshikululu in 2007. |

Shireen Nwanebu, Manager: Grant Administration joined Tshikululu in July 2000. Her positions in fund management and process supervision have provided the ideal background for her current position, which she has held for the last three years. |

Prior to joining Tshikululu in 2009, Jane Roach, Sector Manager: Education, has focused on teacher development and has co-authored school textbooks for Geography and Life Skills. She has also contributed to research on effective school leadership and successful school management. |
