Tshikululu Chief Executive Officer Tracey Henry completed an MA in the social sciences, before joining the Chamber of Mines in a personnel development capacity. She then moved to the Anglo American Chairman’s Fund in 1995. Tracey helped establish Tshikululu in 1998 and, in the subsequent decade, worked variously as manager of the De Beers Fund, the FirstRand Foundation and the Discovery Foundation and Fund. |

Mthandazo Ngwenya, Chief Financial Officer, is an Associate of CIS South Africa, ACIS (SA), and Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Business Management. He graduated in 2006 with a Post Graduate Diploma in Business Management and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from the Edinburgh Graduate School of Business, UK. He is currently studying towards a PhD in Management with specialisation in international corporate governance and is a member of the Company Secretaries Interest Group (CSIG), a professional association of Company Secretaries that plays a key part in championing corporate governance reforms in South Africa. |

Paul Pereira has had a varied communication career spanning both the corporate and non-profit sectors. He has been senior public affairs manager at the SA Institute of Race Relations, communications manager of the Nedbank Foundation, and Assistant Editor of Finance Week magazine. Pereira is currently Executive : Public Affairs at Tshikululu. |

Lynn Pretorius was appointed Executive: Corporate Affairs in November 2008. For the greater part of her career, Lynn has been in general HR management roles, working in the retail, financial services and entertainment sectors. Lynn holds a BA (Hons) in industrial psychology and a BA (Hons) in labour law. |

Chief Operating Officer Francois Witbooi read for a masters degree in piano performance at the University of Cape Town. A Fulbright scholar, he then completed a masters degree in arts management at Columbia University, New York, before holding a number of positions at the Arts Council England and the National Foundation for Youth Music (UK). He joined Tshikululu in 2008. |
