Tshikululu Chief Executive Officer Tracey Henry Tracey Henry is CEO of Tshikululu Social Investments. Tracey completed an MA in the social sciences, before joining the Chamber of Mines in 1991 as a human development and employee wellness practitioner. She then moved to the Anglo American Chairman’s Fund in 1995 and helped establish Tshikululu in 1998. Tracey was appointed CEO of Tshikululu in 2008, presents to the executive leadership programme at the Gordon Institute of Business Science; and serves as a judge on the annual Mail & Guardian Investing in the Future Awards. She was selected by CEO magazine as the country’s most influential women in the financial services sector (general) in 2010.
   
Chief Operating Officer Sarah Morrison practiced law in London, England for six years before returning to South Africa to undertake her Masters in Public and Development Management at the Wits Business School in Johannesburg. She joined Tshikululu in 2007 where she has occupied a number of roles, most recently as Key Accounts Manager for the Anglo American Chairman’s Fund. Sarah has a particular focus on education and in 2011 was selected to participate in the Unites States’ International Visitor Leadership Program on education as a South African representative.
   
Mthandazo Ngwenya, Chief Financial Officer Tshikululu Social Investments Mthandazo Ngwenya, Chief Financial Officer, is an Associate of CIS South Africa, ACIS (SA), and Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Business Management. He graduated in 2006 with a Post Graduate Diploma in Business Management and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from the Edinburgh Graduate School of Business, UK. He is currently studying towards a PhD in Management with specialisation in international corporate governance and is a member of the Company Secretaries Interest Group (CSIG), a professional association of Company Secretaries that plays a key part in championing corporate governance reforms in South Africa.
   
Paul Pereira, Executive : Public Affairs at Tshikululu Social Investments Paul Pereira has had a varied communication career spanning both the corporate and non-profit sectors. He has been senior public affairs manager at the SA Institute of Race Relations, communications manager of the Nedbank Foundation, and Assistant Editor of Finance Week magazine. Pereira is currently Executive: Public Affairs at Tshikululu.
   
Lynn Pretorius, Executive: Corporate Affairs at Tshikululu Social Investments Lynn Pretorius was appointed Executive: Corporate Affairs in November 2008. For the greater part of her career, Lynn has been in general HR management roles, working in the retail, financial services and entertainment sectors. Lynn holds a BA (Hons) in industrial psychology and a BA (Hons) in labour law.
