Investing in the training and retention of high-calibre employees is crucial to Tshikululu’s service excellence and competitive edge. Our business model was designed to duplicate our strengths and experience across all funds, while maintaining the unique character of each.

Each client is provided with a dedicated senior Client Relationship Manager (CRM), who ensures the full alignment between the work of the client’s social investment fund , and the business objectives of the client organisation. The CRM immerses him or herself in the client’s brand, values and business philosophy, and integrates these into the work done at Tshikululu.
