Retired, Adrian Arnott B.Com, CA (SA), has strong experience in financial services, most recently as Company Secretary of FirstRand Limited.
He was educated at Union High School in Graaff-Reinet and studied at Rhodes University and Witwatersrand University. In 1983 he attended the Programme for Management Development at Harvard Business School.
On completing his articles with Peat, Marwick Mitchell & Co in Johannesburg, he spent two years in the Middle East working in the auditing profession for Coopers & Lybrand. On his return to South Africa in 1973, he joined the financial services industry working in various capacities for companies in the Anglo American Group. Prior to the formation of the FirstRand Group in 1998, he was an Executive Director at Southern Life.

A qualified medical doctor, Dr Mothomang Diaho is the head of the Nelson Mandela Foundation dialogue programme, a position she has held since 2006. In this, Dr Diaho manages various knowledge-sharing fora of the Foundation, including the prestigious Annual Lecture.
Dr Diaho is one of the Founder member of TEACH South Africa and serves on the boards and committees of various educational and development-related organisations and programmes, and has edited or published numerous booklets and papers on matters of leadership, dialogue, and health.

Godfrey Gomwe serves as Chairman of Tshikululu Social Investments. He was appointed Executive Director for Anglo American South Africa in 2009. Mr Gomwe was previously Finance Director and Chief Operating Officer of Anglo American South Africa. He is Chairman of Anglo Zimele, Anglo American Zimbabwe and a member of various Anglo American Operating Boards and Executive Committees. Before moving to South Africa in 2003, he was the Chief Executive of Anglo American Zimbabwe.
Mr Gomwe is a past President of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Zimbabwe and past Senior Vice President of the Chamber of Mines of Zimbabwe. He has held many Directorships in both listed and unlisted companies. He is a member of the Chamber of Mines. Mr Gomwe is a Chartered Accountant, and holds a Masters degree in Business Leadership from the University of South Africa.

Nosipho Gxumisa read a B. Eng (Hons) at Salford University in Manchester before going on to join the production department of SA Breweries. She has since been involved in production for a number of companies, including Nampak. In 2001 Ms Gxumisa took over the Fleet Acquisition Department of SAA and was a made a member of the Transnet Procurement Committee. She joined DBCM in October 2007 and was responsible for, among other things, driving the supply chain and logistics strategies in ways that increase shareholder value.
Awards received include those of British Council and Fulbright scholarships.

Tshikululu Chief Executive Officer Tracey Henry completed an MA in the social sciences, before joining the Chamber of Mines in 1991 as a human development and employee wellness practitioner. She then moved to the Anglo American Chairman’s Fund in 1995 and helped establish Tshikululu in 1998. Tracey was appointed CEO of Tshikululu in 2008 and was selected by CEO magazine as the country’s most influential women in the financial services sector (general) in 2010.

Mthandazo Ngwenya, Chief Financial Officer, is an Associate of CIS South Africa, ACIS (SA), and Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Business Management. He graduated in 2006 with a Post Graduate Diploma in Business Management and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from the Edinburgh Graduate School of Business, UK. He is currently studying towards a PhD in Management with specialisation in international corporate governance and is a member of the Company Secretaries Interest Group (CSIG), a professional association of Company Secretaries that plays a key part in championing corporate governance reforms in South Africa. |

Pre Rungasamy is a retired former Head of Transformation at Anglo American South Africa. Born in KwaZulu-Natal, he completed his masters in psychology at Trinity College, Dublin, before joining Telkom and later MTN International in a variety of senior HR capacities. He was also an active participating member of MTN Boards for three years, during which time he developed a wide network of influential business and political leadership contact within Africa. Pre joined Anglo in March 2004, and his portfolio includes HR Leadership and Strategy in the Corporate Centre, Ferrous Metals and Industries. He is a registered counselling psychologist, and a member of the Black Management Forum and the IPM.
