Tshikululu strongly believes that complying with the Broad Based Black Economic Empowerment Codes of Good Practice is a business imperative because of the trickle-down impact that stimulates economic growth.

Not only do we participate in the BBBEE rating process, we provide this as a service assessment to clients.

As a non-profit organisation, we are measured in four areas – employment equity , skills development , preferential procurement and management control – using an adjusted scorecard.

Tshikululu has been independently verified as having a Level 3 BEE rating.
